Basic Lifesaving Solutions Training Center, is now providing "The New Standard in Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Training."    This convenient online training program provides immediate access to ACLS training with continuing education credits in the United States. The medical content is provided by the American Colloge of Emergency Phisicians (ACEP) and is conducted by Basic Lifesaving Solutions. The initial phase of the course can be done online. After completion of the initial phase, the students then proceed to the skills portion which involves the following: * CPR and AED (exempt if you possess proof of current CPR / AED training) * Airway and Ventillation Management (intubation) * ECG Arrhythmia Recognition and Treatment Modalities * Cardiac Arrest Management (MegaCode) Upon successful completion the participant will receive completion cards with the following credits: * 6 hours of AMA Category 1 CME credit and 6 hours of ACEP Category 1 CME credit for physicians. * 6 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME credit for physicial assistants. * 6.8 clinical CEH for nurses provided by Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) * 6 Advanced Continuing Education Hours (CEH) provided by the Continuing Education Coording Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS) for ALS pre-hospital providers.
